Shipping Policy

At ANAM by Sughra, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. We offer free shipping across Pakistan on all orders.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping: Free shipping across Pakistan.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after your order has been confirmed and processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Orders may take additional time to process during sales, promotions, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, we will process and prepare it for shipment. You may be contacted by ANAM by Sughra to confirm your order, particularly for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment or tracking information where available.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. Placing a COD order does not require payment in advance.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your shipping information, including your name, phone number, and complete delivery address, is accurate and complete when placing your order.

ANAM by Sughra is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated 5–7 business days, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • High order volumes during sales or special launches

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order or the courier is unable to deliver the order because of incorrect contact or address information, the order may be returned to ANAM by Sughra.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
